The ULTRA VOUCHER is sent by email in digital format within 24 hours, which you can print for free. If you wish, it can be printed and sent (+€5.00) by regular mail.

Upon receiving the ULTRA VOUCHER, the recipient of the adventure will have to book the activity via email or through our telephone contacts.

ULTRA VOUCHERS have no monetary value, are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, you must renew it at a cost of €15 per voucher activation. This revalidation will be valid for another three months.

Your ULTRA VOUCHER reservation is subject to availability and must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. The summer months are the most popular so we advise booking in advance.

The ULTRA VOUCHER can also be exchanged for any other Ultra Adventure activity and the value will be deducted from the PVP of the new activity.
