A circuit of obstacles to overcome, in horizontal and vertical progression, using natural points using rope fixing techniques, safety systems and transposition techniques similar to those used in climbing, such as Rappelling and Handrails.
I start rappelling at one of the many natural viewpoints of the Arrábida Natural Park, alternating with passing through tight crevices and corridors with high walls of the Fenda where you can feel the presence of the force of nature and a unique and natural surroundings of Mediterranean influence.

The half-day hike in the Arrábida Natural Park is between 6 and 7 km on footpaths, carts, dirt and asphalt sections. Accompanied by local guides and general information about the local culture and history of the Arrábida Natural Park and Marine Reserve.
